Peneeda View Beach Hotel - Sanur (Bali)

The place had beautiful grounds with three pools plus a kids' pool, and it was just 10 to 15 minutes by taxi to the boats for Nusa Lembongan. The staff were helpful, and we loved the chill vibe. Don't miss out on the nearby restaurants with great food!

The restaurant's dining options were pretty basic, made me wish for more variety. We mainly ate elsewhere after checking out what was available there.

The comfort villa was really fabulous. The whole complex is very quiet, ideal for relaxing.

The private bungalow was cozy, but the drain was clogged on arrival.

Brand-new suite was air-conditioned. The place had a family atmosphere. The service was very good in my opinion. The location was comfortable for traveling around Sanur, just off the beach and restaurant.

Had average breakfast, it might be better.

I encountered several issues with the bathroom facilities, including a blocked shower drain that caused significant flooding. Despite requesting a room change, the issue remained unresolved for three nights, frustrating. The Wi-Fi connection was also inconsistent, working well only in the common areas and not in my room, disappointing for a beachfront hotel.

Restaurant could be better

The price-performance ratio is absolutely sensational plus the great location, far above 3 stars level. I wouldn't necessarily add the breakfast, if you order it locally it is much cheaper.

The hotel is surrounded by lovely gardens that provide ample shade and a peaceful atmosphere. It feels like a hidden oasis with its beautifully lit pathways at night.

Unfortunately, the dining options were quite limited and the beachfront restaurant often felt uninviting, which led us to seek out other places for meals.

Quiet and relaxed, and ideal if you want to be just a little away from the crowd, but still conveniently located. We enjoy the quiet beach location with a local warung on the door step for great, cheap dining.

The location is good, right on the main road in sanur, near all the shops and restaurants. Staff very friendly though a little slow in doing things, drinks to be served, food to be brought out. But maybe this is the Balinese way of life as we found restaurants quite slow in service too. The bungalow we stayed in was quite big, and clean. Air con good. The bed is massive and very comfortable.

Bathroom is big but fairly basic. Water takes a while to heat up. The biggest problem we found were ants!!! Huge huge huge ants and small ants all in babthrrom, in the sink, in the toilet, on the walls. Ants coming from the wood and cracks in the bathroom. Luckily they never really strayed beyond the bathroom. When we told the hotel stafff they were very efficient in spraying and cleaning the bathroom, but this happened everyday.

Consider trying local dishes at the beachfront restaurant, as they offer a unique taste of Bali and highlight the hotel's strengths.

The room was spacious

The shower... no pressure... poor excuse for a shower... The majority of Resorts/hotels offer free wifi. Unfortunately it is not free here and any unused time cannot be used another day

Charming stay with a rustic feel

The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, with lush tropical gardens with calming frangipanis. The staff are friendly and accommodating, ensuring a relaxed atmosphere.

Some facilities are in need of maintenance, particularly the swimming pools, which could benefit from a fresh coat of paint.
